CLASS STYLES

SCULPT

Our Signature Class. SCULPT is a dynamic, yet smooth mat pilates flow that is designed to sculpt and strengthen the entire body. Think glutes, legs, core and arms! This is anything but your typical pilates experience; SCULPT will nurture the relationship between your mind, body and breath. We promise you, that you'll leave this class feeling energised and accomplished. What a VIBE! 

STRONG

A high vibe, high energy Power Pilates styled class. STRONG is a spicy fusion of strength training with our signature sculpt class. This class brings fire to the flow and will leave you with that rush of endorphins. STRONG focuses on resistance training & incorporating a variety of equipment to improve endurance, muscular strength & functional movement. Due to the high energy of this class, 

it is not recommended for pregnancy. 

FORM

FORM will take you back to basics to ensure you are getting the most out of your classes. From the very start of class, to your final exercise - we've got you. Expect a slow burn, low impact Mat Pilates flow. Suitable for beginners, but also for anyone who wishes to revisit the basics. Don't be fooled; FORM will still bring fire and heat!

MOTION

MOTION is a class focused solely on stretching and mobilising the entire body. As we guide you through breath work & expansive stretches, we know you'll walk out feeling refreshed & aligned. This class is suitable for all ability levels, with variations and modifications offered throughout the class. If you wish to stretch, mobilise, flow and surrender; then MOTION is the perfect class for you.

MINI + ME

Our postnatal Mums & Bubs class is designed to help you reconnect to the body after having your baby. We focus on rebuilding & strengthening your pelvic floor & core, increasing mobility and relieving aches & tension that may be sitting in the body. Bubbas are more than welcome or you can choose to attend this class solo. We ask that you bring appropriate entertainment if needed, to help keep baby settled during class. Please note: It is essential to be 6 weeks postpartum and cleared by your health professional to attend. 

BUMP + ME

A class exclusively designed for mums-to-be, Bump & Me offers safe, supportive and feel-good movement tailored for every stage of pregnancy. This prenatal Pilates class focuses on building strength, improving posture, supporting pelvic health and helping you stay connected to your changing body.


Expect a gentle, empowering flow that promotes mobility, breath awareness and deep core support-perfect for preparing both body and mind for birth. Move with confidence, connect with your bump, and enjoy a little time just for you.


Please note: Doctor’s clearance is required before participating in this class. All new participants must also complete a prenatal consultation with us prior to booking.
