INTRODUCTORY OFFER

The Introductory Offer (valid for 14 days) is only available to brand new clients. You can only purchase the introductory offer once. The introductory offer is non-refundable, nor transferable and will activate from the date of your first class booking. Clients found to be buying the Intro Offer more than once will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred.

CASUAL CLASS PASS

The casual class pass is valid for one month from date of purchase. This is non-refundable, nor transferable and will activate from the date of purchase. 

5 CLASS PASS

The 5 Class Pass is valid for 3 months from date of purchase. This package is non-refundable, nor transferable and will activate from the date of purchase. 

10 CLASS PASS

The 10 Class Pass is valid for 6 months from date of purchase. This package is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from date of purchase. 

25 CLASS PASS

The 25 Class Pass is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. This package is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from date of purchase.

50 CLASS PASS 

The 50 Class Pass is valid for 12 months from date of purchase. This package is non-refundable nor transferable and will activate from date of purchase. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

We get it, life gets busy and can be unpredictable! This is why we have implemented a cancellation policy. If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, please do so through the online booking system (momence app). We will accept cancellations more than 12 hours before the scheduled class. Glow Pilates Boutique will not accept cancellations via phone, e-mail, social media or any other method other than the online booking system.

Our cancellation policy is strictly 12 hours for in-studio class bookings. No cancellations or changes allowed within 12 hours of the appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, and 'no shows' will not receive a refund or any class credits reimbursed. Bookings can be rescheduled, and a class credit will be reimbursed if cancellation is made outside of the 12 hour window. 

REFUNDS

Refunds are at sole discretion of Glow Pilates Boutique and are based on individual circumstance. All payments for classes, class passes and online content are non-refundable and non-transferable. Once you pay for the service/class, that payment can not be used or transferred to any other service. 

MEDIA RELEASE

I understand that sometimes photos, videos, or audio recordings will be taken of me during the course of a class/event. I consent to Glow Pilates Boutique using my image or likeness obtained in this manner for legitimate promotional purposes and social media. If my consent for this purpose happens to change, I will inform the owners of Glow Pilates Boutique as soon as possible. 

LIABILITY STATEMENT

I am aware of the risks in observing and/or participating in the activities offered and sponsored by Glow Pilates Boutique and I understand that all sports or fitness that I will execute and participate in are entirely at my own risk and perils. I assume complete responsibility and liability for those risks and for the injuries that may occur as a result of these risks, even if injuries occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time I sign this agreement. I realise that by voluntarily assuming the risks involved, I will be solely responsible for any loss or damage I sustain, including personal injuries to me, damage to my property, or damage arising out of my death. 

I agree to not hold Glow Pilates Boutique, the owners of Glow Pilates Boutique or any of its contractors or employees responsible for any injuries or other misfortune sustained while attending any classes or courses at the studio or online. I have also attained relevant doctor’s clearance to commence exercise post injury or illness, during rehabilitation, or postnatally (usually around 6 weeks post birth/delivery) if applicable. 

If my medical fitness happens to change, I will inform the instructor as soon as possible and I will update and complete a new pre-screening waiver/questionnaire. 

I accept the terms and conditions stated above, and agree to go forward in this partnership with mutual respect and understanding.
