GPB TERMS & CONDITIONS

STUDIO ETIQUETTE 

The studio will open approximately 10-15 minutes before the scheduled class time. Doors will be locked once class starts to ensure the safety of our clients and their belongings. Once doors are locked, you will be unable to enter the studio. Late entry is NOT permitted to any class. Please ensure that you arrive a few minutes early before the scheduled class time. 

As a courtesy to others, mobile phones are not to be used during class. Please keep your phone switched off or on silent, and be sure to silence any alarms. We kindly ask that you notify your instructor prior to class commencement if you are pregnant or have any injuries they need to be made aware of. A minimum of three people is required for a class to proceed. You will be contacted via text 2 hours prior to the start of class should it need to be cancelled and your session reimbursed. 

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY 

If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, please do so through the online booking system (momence app). We will accept cancellations more than 9 hours prior to the scheduled class. Glow Pilates Boutique will not accept cancellations via phone, e-mail, social media or any other method other than the online booking system. You can cancel a class the same way you booked it.

Cancellations made within 9 hours of the commencement of class will not receive a refund or any class credits reimbursed, and will additionally incur a $10 late cancellation fee. Bookings can be rescheduled, and a class credit will be reimbursed if cancellation is made outside of the 9 hour window.

If you fail to attend class and have not cancelled your attendance via online booking, it will be considered a no-show. All no-shows will incur a $15 fee, and there will be no refund for the class fee or any class credits reimbursed. The no-show fee will be automatically deducted from the attendee's account each time they no-show. Failure to pay this fee will result in the inability to book another class or appointment, until the fee is paid. 

WAITLIST 

By adding yourself to the waitlist, you are committing to the class. You may be added into a class from the waitlist at anytime up until 90 minutes before the commencement of the scheduled class and will be notified of this either via email or text. If added into a class from the waitlist, your account will be automatically charged. If added into a class from the waitlist, and you fail to attend, the cancellation/no show policy will apply. If you do not wish to be added into class from the waitlist, we recommend to remove yourself from the waitlist. If you are added into an early morning class from the waitlist overnight, and fail to attend class, the cancellation/no show policy will continue to apply to you. 

PRIVATE SESSION CANCELLATIONS 

We kindly require a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of private sessions. If you cancel within 24 hours of the scheduled session commencing, you will forfeit the session, and will not receive a refund or credits reimbursed. There will be no refund or credits reimbursed for no-shows.

INTRO OFFER

The Intro Offer is valid for 14 days from the date of the first class booked, and is only available to new members of Glow Pilates Boutique. The Intro Offer can only be purchased once, and clients found to be buying the Intro Offer more than once will be suspended and charged any additional class costs they may have incurred. Additionally, they will be banned from entering the premises, and all products will be ceased from their account with no refunds or reimbursement made by Glow Pilates Boutique. The Intro Offer will only be extended beyond the expiry date for valid medical reasons, given a medical certificate is provided to Glow Pilates Boutique. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date. 

CASUAL CLASS PASS

The casual class pass is valid for one month from date of purchase. This is non-refundable, nor transferable and will activate from the date of purchase.

CLASS PACKS

5 Class Packs are valid for 3 months from the date of purchase. 10 Class Packs are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. 25 and 50 Class Packs are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Class Packs will only be extended beyond their expiry date for valid medical reasons, given a medical certificate is provided to Glow Pilates Boutique. Extensions due to medical reasons must be requested before the expiry date. 

REFUNDS

All purchases are final and Glow Pilates Boutique does not offer refunds for services (in-person or online) or products for change of mind, injury, illness, change of address or any other reason. All class packs and memberships are non-transferable and may not be shared. Glow Pilates Boutique is not liable to refund, transfer or offer compensation of any kind for classes that are changed or cancelled for any reason, or in the event you are unable to attend a class because it is full. Refunds are at the sole discretion of Glow Pilates Boutique and are based on individual circumstance. Any refunds are processed directly to the default payment method, minus the processing fee/s. 

MEDIA RELEASE

By attending classes at our studio, you grant permission for Glow Pilates Boutique to capture and use photographs, video footage and/or audio recordings taken during classes/sessions for legitimates marketing, promotional, and social media purposes. If your consent for this purpose happens to change, please inform the owners of Glow Pilates Boutique of this via written notice as soon as possible. 

LIABILITY STATEMENT 

I, the unsigned, am aware of the risks in observing and/or participating in the activities offered and sponsored by Glow Pilates Boutique and I understand that all sports or fitness that I will execute and participate in are entirely at my own risk and perils. I assume complete responsibility and liability for those risks and for the injuries that may occur as a result of these risks, even if injuries occur in a manner that is not foreseeable at the time I sign this agreement. I realise that by voluntarily assuming the risks involved, I will be solely responsible for any loss or damage I sustain, including personal injuries to me, damage to my property, or damage arising out of my death. 

I agree that Glow Pilates Boutique, or its owner/s, are in no way responsible for the safekeeping of my personal belongings while I attend class. Glow Pilates Boutique does not assume responsibility for any lost or stolen personal property. If you do become the victim of theft, immediately report it to Glow Pilates Boutique management. I understand that classes may be physically strenuous and I voluntarily participate in them with full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. I agree to not hold Glow Pilates Boutique, the owners of Glow Pilates Boutique or any of its contractors or employees responsible for any injuries or other misfortune sustained while attending any classes or courses in-person or online.  I agree that neither I, my heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Glow Pilates Boutique, the owners of Glow Pilates Boutique or any of its contractors or employees for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I have attained relevant doctor’s clearance to commence exercise post injury/during rehabilitation, antenatally or postnatally (usually around 6 weeks post birth/delivery) if applicable. 

By booking into a class, you automatically agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
