We find the easiest way to book, is to download the 'momence' app and create an account. You can book, reschedule, and cancel any of your classes through this app. Alternatively, you can book through our website under the timetable tab. 

For the safety of yourself and others, clients will not be allowed to enter after the warm-up stage of class (the first 5 minutes). Late comers will not be reimbursed via refund or class credit. To avoid this, please ensure you arrive to class 5-10 minutes early. 

Our cancellation policy can be found on the Terms & Conditions page. We have copied it underneath this question for your convenience. The cancellation policy is as follows:

We get it, life gets busy and can be unpredictable! This is why we have implemented a cancellation policy. If you have booked to attend a class and wish to cancel your attendance, please do so through the online booking system (momence app). We will accept cancellations more than 12 hours before the scheduled class. Glow Pilates Boutique will not accept cancellations via phone, e-mail, social media or any other method other than the online booking system.

Our cancellation policy is strictly 12 hours for in-studio class bookings. No cancellations or changes allowed within 12 hours of the appointment. Cancellations made within 12 hours of the appointment, and 'no shows' will not receive a refund or any class credits reimbursed. Bookings can be rescheduled, and a class credit will be reimbursed if cancellation is made outside of the 12 hour window. 

A water bottle and a towel is all you need!

Yay!  We are so happy to have you. Please arrive to class 10 minutes early, so you can meet your instructor prior to class. We want nothing more for you to feel comfortable and welcome in our class so if you have any specific questions or concerns prior to attending a class, please get in contact with us so we can chat further with you. 

Our age limit for classes is currently 14 years old. Attendees under the age of 18 will require parent/guardian consent (please get in contact with us so we can send you a liability waiver to sign).
